My first time here. Got take out. Was ready in less than 2 minutes. Food was good. Moist, tender chicken. So happy to have a good St. Hubert experience, as other locations have been hit-and-miss.
Ordered Harvey's at the drive-thru and got home to find out my order was cold, wrong condiments and half filled rings. I called to complain but Jimmy-Roy took charge of the situation and said to come back and he will personally take care of my order. He greeted me at the drive-thru window and gave me my order. Hot, correct condiments and topped up rings. So Nice!! Thanks for making the negative experience and turning it positive. You deserve a promotion to Assistant Manager for knowing how to properly deal with people and making a good customer experience.
Raphael really made the difference with his excellent customer service. It was a 5 star experience and even though I was just visiting from the States and do not know French, he made sure that I felt like a local customer. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

Wait time was acceptable, food was good, portion was adequate, food was still hot by the time i got to my destination to eat. staff was friendly and served with good positive attitude, and they made sure i had everything before i left. clean restaurant and looked well maintained. a well oiled machine

Recently visited St. Hubert in Verdun and loved it! Super kid-friendly and the staff, especially Raphael, were amazing. Great spot for families!
Very friendly staff, can order your meal like a fast food chain. Either take out, eat inside on their 2 level dinning or outside on their picnic tables. The soft drink fountain you can refill. Their parking spaces are limited, but if you do not mind walking a hill, their is parking space near the auditorium. Also they have a charging station for one car.
